About the drawing
I love this show and I've wanted to draw Dean for quite some time now. I didn't want to draw a popular picture of him. This scene talks a lot about the character of Dean in the series. There is so much emotion filled behind that tough exterior that he portrays.
I can't say I have got his features exactly right here. There is something amiss. I can't really place what it is.

Overall Vision Originality Technique ImpactI really like the darks you achieved in this portrait but I really feel that the whites are lacking. I would have liked to see more white to give more contrast, especially the highlights around his eyes and chin. On the other hand, his face is a little bit wider than it really is, I think that might be what you think is amiss.
I have to say though, the emotion in this piece is very clear and gives such an impact. I have to commend you for that since emotion, especially one that is not extreme like bawling or complete anger, is hard to show. I'd love to see more portraits like this where emotion is the main focus.
