If you like WIP's-
Thanks for looking and do critique me as this is my first fully fledged color-pencil piece.
Well, it's impossible not to love the "tutti frutti" photo series, and they are very tempting to use as reference. And what's more, I've seen this particular photo referenced at least 10 times, so that's why I gave you such a low mark on "originality" and "vision".
However, I do think that it was a wise decision to add some purple to the grapes. It compliments very well with the rest of the colours.
The technique is absolutely flawless. Obviously you have a lot of experience in this field. The blending of the colours is just amazing.
I would love to see some original work of yours, you're very talented and I think this is a very good piece if it's considered as study or practice.
I really like this one. Excellent .And the photograph seems to be very good for drawing with colored pencils. I think that will be the first picture I'd draw with colored pencils when I get them
You're welcome Yes, it is indeed. And I have already seen her gallery a while ago.. must admit, her photos are brilliant for drawing with colored pencils and some also for graphite pencils I asked her for permission, she hasn't replied yet...I think this one can be used without permission because it's a present for everyone, right?
